Support for Families

Navigating education systems can feel overwhelming, emotional, and exhausting. We also acknowledge that many parents and carers have unique knowledge and expertise on SEN but may be facing adversarial and bureaucratic systems and want help breaking through. Whether you are feeling unheard, confused, or unsure where to turn next, we are here to listen and support you.
We offer at-home and in-school observations to ensure we get a full picture of your family's needs.

Free 30-Minute Introductory Calls

A safe space to talk, cry, vent, ask questions, or simply feel heard. These conversations can be emotional, and that is completely okay.

Support with School-Based Issues

Support with concerns such as anxiety-related non-attendance, unmet needs, inaccessible provision, school communication, advocacy in meetings, and understanding your options.

EHCP Support

Help reviewing documentation, understanding what assessors are looking for, and ensuring language reflects your child’s needs clearly and accurately.

Home-Based Support

Practical strategies, signposting, guidance, and support connecting with relevant practitioners and resources.

Multi-Disciplinary Liaison

Helping improve communication between families, schools, and wider multidisciplinary teams to create joined-up support around the child.

Support for Young People

Young people deserve to feel heard, understood, and involved in decisions that affect their education and future

We Support Young People By:

  • Listening to their experiences
  • Advocating for their needs
  • Helping adults understand what meaningful inclusion looks like for them
  • Ensuring their voice remains central in planning and provision
  • Supporting home learning
  • Helping plan transitions and future pathways

Support for Schools and Educational Settings

We help schools and educational settings create more inclusive, accessible, and fulfilling environments for children and young people.

Observation of Practice

Observing current practice and identifying opportunities to strengthen inclusion and communication.

Reports and Recommendations

Detailed reports highlighting strengths, recommendations, and practical next steps.

EHCP and Documentation Support

Guidance and support with EHCPs, APDR cycles, reviews, and other important documentation.

Reasonable Adjustments

Practical support identifying reasonable adjustments that improve accessibility and inclusion.

Training and Development

Bespoke training tailored to the needs of your staff, setting, and learners.

Policy Guidance

Support navigating policy changes, expectations, and best practice.

Our aim is to help create environments that are accessible, inclusive, and fulfilling for all learners, from birth to 25

Support for Local Authorities and Practitioners

We Help Professionals To:

  • Improve communication with families
  • Mutually advocate for children across disciplines
  • Reduce misunderstanding and conflict
  • Share information more effectively

Liaison Support:

We can act as a liaison between families and multidisciplinary teams, helping reduce delays, miscommunication, adversarial experiences, and the reliance on parents as unpaid coordinators.
